Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Privzr Chrome Extension, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. License — Free Tier
Privzr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free tier of the Service for non-commercial personal use. The free tier includes a limited number of unsubscribe and erasure requests per month as displayed in the dashboard.
2. License — Premium Tier
Premium features are licensed under the same terms as the free tier, with unlimited requests, advanced tracking, and priority support for the duration of an active paid subscription. The license terminates immediately upon cancellation, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
3. Billing — Stripe
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as chosen). Prices are shown in EUR or USD, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and is non-refundable for the remainder of that cycle, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of our infrastructure, no use to send unlawful or harassing communications, and no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Third-Party GDPR Compliance — Liability Disclaimer
Privzr generates GDPR / erasure request emails on your behalf and sends them from your own email client to third-party companies. Privzr is not a controller or processor of those third parties' systems and cannot guarantee their compliance, response time, or the outcome of any request. You acknowledge that Privzr is not liable for any third party's failure to honor a GDPR request, nor for any damages arising from such failure. Privzr's role is strictly limited to drafting, sending, and tracking the request from your side.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privzr's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Privzr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
